Customers Who Traveled While the Portal Was Unavailable
If you drove on the SB Express Lanes without a transponder and were unable to make a payment while the online portal was unavailable, you may receive a violation notice requesting payment of the toll amount. Customers receiving these notices will be asked to pay only the toll amount, and no additional fees will be assessed if payment is received by the due date shown on the notice.
Customers With an Existing Violation Notice
If you received a violation notice before the online portal became unavailable and were unable to make a payment during that time, the payment due date has been extended to November 30, 2026.
You can also pay your tolls or resolve violations by calling the Customer Service Center at (909) 333-4791 or visiting the Customer Service Walk-In Center during business hours. Please note that wait times may be longer than usual.
